🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION
Air conditioning: (Doors 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11 and 12) To activate, close the door and insert the card into the device nearby.
Bathroom: We do not provide personal hygiene items, as each guest has their own preferences and needs. We recommend bringing your own.
Housekeeping: We leave everything clean with fresh bed linens and towels before your arrival. Need something during your stay? Just message us on WhatsApp and we'll take care of it.
🍽️ SHARED AREAS AND LEISURE
Kitchen: The gray refrigerator is for guests. Feel free to use the kitchen utensils and cold filtered water.
We only ask that you wash and put away everything you use, keeping the environment organized so the next guest can also enjoy it at its best.
* Identify your items in the refrigerators with your name or door number.
* We do not serve breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your meals.
* Safety tip: avoid metal in the microwave and remember to turn off the sandwich maker after use.

* It is not advertised on booking platforms, as it may occasionally be under maintenance or out of service. Therefore, it is not included in your reservation.
* If it is available during your stay, enjoy it — it's a bonus from the house!
* Before entering, use the shower. And no creams, oils or body protectors in the water, agreed?
External bathroom with hot water: For guests at Doors 4, 8 and 9.
Laundry — We charge a fee to use the washing machine and the iron and ironing board are available in this area. In the back, there is a clothesline to hang clothes and shoes. Click here to activate the washing machine!
🔑 CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT AND COHABITATION
Entry — from 2pm After filling out the check-in form, enter the 4-digit code followed by # on the gate (sent to your email — also check your spam folder). After entering the house for the first time, you will no longer need to use this code. For future access, use the tag that comes with your room key to open the gate.
Exit — until 12pm To open the gate, press the button on the left. At check-out, leave the key in the lock on the outside of the door.
Peaceful atmosphere: Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am. The use of speakers is not permitted at any time, nor is loud noise in the facilities.
Privacy: Access is exclusive for registered guests. Visitors may only enter with prior authorization.
Shopping and Delivery: If you need to buy food, cleaning products, personal hygiene items or anything else, we recommend shopping online through Super Goiana Gourmet. To order meals, snacks and fast-food, use iFood. If you need medications, hygiene products or pharmacy items, we recommend Farmácia Pague Menos.
Attention: We do not have a physical reception. Therefore, when requesting deliveries, receive your order directly at the gate. Pay attention to the motorcycle horn, as app notifications are not always accurate and the doorbell is unavailable after 10pm.

Monthly Guests: Monthly stays constitute a lodging service, not a lease agreement. Cancellation may be requested by either party with a minimum notice of 10 days, counted from the date of communication.
